the challenger podcast is for those that feel the need to question the status quo and who want to approach life from a different angle.

my name is Dave Glaser, and i am a challenger on the enneagram personality typing system.  about four years ago, i discovered the assessment through a few of my personal training clients as they were raving about a workshop they had attended a few days before.

i got curious and signed up for the next available workshop, took the assessment and found out exactly how spot on the system was!  i represent every quality, good and bad, of the challenger or type 8.

some of the positive attributes of my personality are that i am a strong leader, i root for the underdog, and i champion for the little guy.

parts of my shadow that show up in my personality are a tendency to be controlling, stubborn, and forceful with my opinions and actions.  but that is where the growth was for me.

you see, at that time in my life, i was struggling.  i had just gone through a couple break ups and i was seeking an explanation for my experiences in life.  i finally found my answers in the enneagram and am bringing those revelations through interviews on the challenger podcast beginning May 2021 with guests such as Traver Boehm, Robert Joseph, GS Youngblood, and many more!
