If you’ve been following my journey recently, you may have tuned into my passion for personal development and growth!

You may not have seen me go through a really rough 2017, financially, personally, and professionally that left me with A LOT of questions needing to be answered.   So I dove into the deep end of vulnerability and transparency so that I could come out the other side completely free of the feelings of shame, burden, and worthiness.

There is nothing scarier than jumping in with both feet, getting up on stage in front of strangers, and bearing it all for five minutes!

At Ignite 29 in Denver, Co I shared (and then bombed miserably halfway through this speech) my journey of removing my Stoic Mask, no longer finding it acceptable to say, “I’m ok” or “Everything’s fine”.

Even when we wear our stoic mask, we can be genuine.
